Dear Theatre Friends,
I am absolutely thrilled that we opened our 8th season with this production. I was aware of Parallel Lives because of the HBO special, but I had no idea that people other than Kathy and Mo could perform it, until a CCTC convention where I saw it produced. We were looking for a comedy to start the season and this show fit perfectly.
I was blessed with two amazingly talented actresses, which made my job so easy. I can't remember when I've laughed so much and so hard at rehearsals. My many thanks to Carolyn Richards for her wonderful help during rehearsals and her being my other brain and hands creating the costumes for these many characters. Also, I don't want to ever work on a show without my dear friend Rox, I never worry about lighting because she is so brilliant. My thanks also to Trish, Brian, Benjamin, and Jake whom made the tech so easy. Hope you all enjoyed this as much as we did putting it together.
